Up to now it is not clear whether P.Noy and Shalani have broken up their two-year or less relationship. Both remained silent about it and rather not give any details nor comment. The entire nation is hanging although mounting speculations suggest they have just cooled off or simply they have already parted ways.
That’s why Shalani is rumored to have been dating now with Valenzuela mayor Sherwin Gatchalian but vehemently denied by the councilor and the local chief executive. Even P.Noy is not spared from intrigues ala showbiz. After the reported break the President had been linked to a TV reporter but denied as well by the only “bachelor” chief executive of the land. Other young and pretty women are also reported to have been dated by the bachelor president but P.Noy quickly responded by saying it’s nothing but an ordinary friendly dates. So his heart is still for Shalani? Nagtatanong lang (just asking).
Going back to the reported break-up of P.Noy and Shalani, theorized the two may have suddenly lost interest to each other because of “lack of time” (just to make the phrase more understandabale–lack of romance?). Is a 50-year old man too old already to show his affection to a young (not really, hehehe) woman at 30? With the age gap of some 20 years, is there such a thing as generation gap in a romantic affair? Is the president still capable or feed up(?) to show some intimate affection with his inamorata? By the way not only young women but even us single ladies 30 and above are still longing for a public display of affection, hehehe.
Kung talagang mahal mo ang isang dalaga kuya lalo na’t tumatanda kailangan sagana siya sa himas at pagmamahal. Kung hindi ay maghahalo ang balat sa tinatupan. Ang kuwestiyon, may ibubuga ka pa ba?
But the president is not the one who is lacking in potency. Is there truth to the saying the older the horse becomes, the more he longs for younger grass. Isn’t this the reason P.Noy has the penchant of aiming his sight to young, charming, pretty, sexy, and intelligent women? Why not, if Dolphy at the age of sixty could get a Zhasha at the age of 20 or more, can’t P.Noy do the same? The only question, is Kris and her sisters happy about it if ever?
Like some of my students, I am still bothered why a love so beautiful between and a city councilor and the president of the Philippine Republic will easily fade that way?
At lalong ayaw ko namang patulan ang ganitong comment: “There will come a time when a woman will come to her senses and realize that a bald man eating a hotdog just for a show is not really her type.”
Pero isa lang ang masasabi ko, “not everything we yearn for in our hearts will always happen the way we want it.”
Sana magkabalikan pa kayong dalawa at nababagay kayo sa isat-isa. Kung hindi, naghihintay pa rin ang puso ko Mr. President, (joke lang, hehehe).
Ang totoo doon ako sa Mayor nangangarap… mas bata at hindi pa napapanot, hehehe.
